YOGA FOR GARDENERS – Learn to move from the inside out. Take care of your body and your back the same way you care for your garden. You will practice gentle poses to strengthen your core. Learn how to prepare your muscles before beginning, proper stretches for during, and how to harvest the benefits of your connection to yourself and your garden.
